Our Vanilla Gils Gourmet (Vanilla planifolia) Is produced in the province of Manakara, southeast of Madagascar.
This quality of the so-called gourmet pod is obtained in a long process with seven steps, bringing the green pod to its final state of prepared black pod.
To guarantee you a vanilla that meets our requirements in terms of quality and traceability, we have partnered with a Malagasy company, Sahanala.
Sharing the same work ethic, we have been able to rely on their expertise for such a complex product to work.
Our pods release aromas and a subtle scent-vanilla, chocolate, slightly floral. They are ideal for cooking, as well as an infusion.
